There was a time when the ceremonies surrounding death offered even the most tawdry individual a quiet moment of dignity. But now, apparently, your death and your memory can be just as shallow and tacky as your life!

I agree, being inturned (!) in a plush angel bear would be kind of tacky.

But what if your resting place was a life-size, fully functional Tom Servo replica?

People always say that they want their ashes thrown out of an airplane window, or strewn out to sea.

I always thought it would be neat to have a friend surreptitiously drop my ashes into one of those big vats at the water treatment plant. Then I could be digested by the population of a little town somewhere. A little of me in all of the, you know?
